What to do after class 12th?

That’s the one biggest and most crucial decision of everyone’s life. Deciding on which are the careers after 12th that are available for you and which one is to be chosen needs a hell lot of time and leads a person into complete chaos. It is important because the right course after 12th can lead to a rewarding career right after completion or can make one eligible for post graduation course.

 Media Management :

A program in media and entertainment management does provide the knowledge empathizing multidisciplinary field of media and entertainment and its basic constituents as well as market research, production, business development, organization and accounting/economics. The core of media and entertainment management consists of the media sector as a whole; music, televison, film, print or publishing, audiovisual and advertising. This ensures management career opportunities in the media and entertainment at a broadcasting company or a publisher, at an entertainment company or an event organisor or specialization in film, music, or television production company.

After completing your degree successfully in media management, you can get jobs like Media Strategist, Media Manager, Corporate communications head, Digital media analyst, Channel head etc.


Health Care Management :

Health Care and Hospital Management are the courses that may appeal to those interested in the pharmaceuticals sector, government agencies, insurance organizations, hospitals and consulting firms in the health sector. After successful completion of the course you may work as a health care manager, hospital administrator, pharmaceutical project manager or health care finance manager. Your responsibility as a manager may involve planning, directing and supervising day-to-day operations. Responsibilities may also include facilitating daily financial operations, budgets, and analysis.


Hotel Management :

As hotel chain owners are opening new hotels in various big and small cities,requirement for trained hotel management professionals is huge.Moreover, Govt encouragement in development of tourism sector brought many new employment opportunities in Hotel Industry.Hotel management jobs include multiple skills like food and beverage service, front office operation,sales and marketing, accounting etc. Many government colleges and private institutes in India offer certificate, diploma or degree courses in hotel management.


Ethical Hacking :

Those who spend a majority of their time experimenting with various codes – this is a great way to put those grey cells to a good use. You can breach the security of computer systems and get paid for it!

There are some institutes that offer various course in ethical hacking like Institutes like Indian School of Ethical Hacking and Institute of Information Security. There is a short course of 15 days offered by Arizona Infotech in Pune.

Many big companies look for ethical hackers for various security purposes. You need to have a good knowledge of coding in different programming languages. You can start your career by interning for an organization and then convert it to a permanent job.

This field is rapidly developing in India. Job opportunities are also increasing day by day. DJs may perform as freelancers or may sign up under bands, entertainment companies or event management companies.
